Payne Therapies is a business built on pure passion. Growing up as an elite sports woman, I always knew I wanted to work in the health industry. This is why I (Emily) became a Myotherapist and Pilates Instructor back in 2013, two complimenting professions that I personally relied on growing up for my own personal development. Payne Therapies was first created in 2015 and it has been such a rewarding and humbling experience seeing the business develop over this time. With this in mind, I had always wanted to create a space that offered both Myotherapy and Pilates under the same roof where I could share my passion for the human body and the way it moves and functions.

A space that everyone is welcomed and listened too.
